Nicole Stratis

Massage Therapist

Nicole graduated from Ashland Institute of Massage in southern Oregon where she trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release. She has continued on to study her original inspiration that brought her to bodywork, which is craniosacral therapy as well as abdominal massage. Currently enrolled in a 2 year biodynamic craniosacral program in western MA, Nicole finds herself weaving these teachings, as well as her prior training in craniosacral in New Mexico, into bodywork sessions that call for this gentle practice. In a session with Nicole, you can expect to receive nurturing, present, and heart-centered touch. She deeply believes in the power of bodywork to assist in mental health and nervous system regulation as a means to come back home to our bodies with safety and support. Alongside massage, Nicole enjoys connecting with the natural world through herbalism and walkabouts with her sweet pup.
