Seren Elizabeth

     Seren received her massage training from Mount Washington College in New Hampshire in 2006, and her B.A in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2014. A life long learner and day dreamer, she is constantly seeking new challenges and pushing for new adventures. 

     With a passion for deep tissue massage, she seeks to help people feel their best by truly soothing aches and pains both physical and emotional, a firm believer that the mind can be more clear when the body is aligned and well. 

      Seren also specializes in prenatal and postnatal care, as a dedicated doula with a love for birth, she has helped many women welcome their new babies and embrace and care for their new bodies.

Bethany LaBelle

    Bethany is a 1999 graduate of N.H.I.T.A in Hudson, NH.  She has been a full time massage therapist for the last 18 years. Besides specializing in relaxation and deep tissue techniques. She has obtained several advanced certifications in: Sports massage, Neuromuscular massage, Lomi Lomi massage, Thai Yoga massage, Prenatal massage, Reiki, Active stretching technique, and Trigger point therapy.

     Bethany uses her knowledge and training to help her clients with their specific needs and ailments. She is committed to helping her clients feel physically and emotionally well and balanced. 

 

Kim Cowan

Massage Therapist

 Kim is a 2010  graduate of SpaTech Institute. Her specialties are in relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, reiki, cupping and grief massage. Kim intuitively incorporates different techniques to provide a therapeutic treatment for her clients. After the passing of her son in 2016 she felt a deep calling to research and learn the work associated with grief massage. Kim is honored to offer you this work. She is a lifelong learner and keeps herself healthy by practicing yoga, frequenting the gym and spending time in nature.

Ashley Crowley

Massage Therapist

  Ashley has been a full time therapist since graduating from The Salter School 2010. She has a very clinical approach to her work and specializes in deep tissue and sports/injury massage. Ashley also has advance training in Thai Yoga massage and continues to broaden her knowledge to obtain the highest level of Thai Bodywork practitioner. She also uses LPK (Luk Pra Kob, a Thai hot herbal compress), hot stones and cupping to further assist her clients in healing. She is currently taking classes for medical massage therapy and will be certified in 2019.

Susan Dakin

Massage Therapist

   Susan completed her massage training in 2001 at the Massage Institute of New England in Somerville, MA.  She provides massage for Relaxation and Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Massage Cupping and Reiki.  She is currently studying manual lymphatic drainage.

   After her own body (and mind) experienced great results from receiving massage therapy, Susan knew she wanted to share this natural healing modality with others.  Making a career transition out of the legal field and into massage therapy was one of the best decisions she’s ever made.  Being a lifelong student of holistic therapies made for a natural fit and the commitment she has for helping others feel better is reflected in her sessions with clients.

   In her off time, she can be found walking in the woods with her trusty canine pal, attending classes in yoga and pilates, trying out latin dance moves and baking up goodies to share with friends.

 

Massage Therapist

   Molly is a specialist in relaxation massage and is passionate about helping her clients find a time of peace in a chaotic world. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012 when she graduated from Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA. She also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Simmons College in Boston. 

   Molly enjoys taking a wide variety of continuing education classes to expand her massage toolbox. She loves putting together new relaxation services like her warm bamboo fusion called 'Sticks and Stones.'  She is trained in Pre and Postnatal Massage, Fertility Massage and Massage Cupping. 

 

Massage Therapist

     Eric graduated from the Dovestar Institute - School of Massage and the Healing arts in 2005. He practices both relaxation and deep tissue massage, integrating flowing, connected techniques with personal rhythm to create individually designed treatments. With a focus on specific needs of each client he aims to help individuals reach their health and wellness goals. 

     As a lifelong learner he has studied agriculture and sustainability. He is a nationally and state licensed EMT. He is currently taking classes to be certified in Nueromuscular massage. When not taking classes or working with clients he can often be found hiking the mountains and forests of New England.

Dave Mulcahey

Massage Therapist

This is Dave, a graduate of the American Academy of Health and Beauty in Manchester NH. Learning to specialize in everything from deep tissue snd sports massage to swedish and relaxation massage. The past few years Dave has been focusing more on his own health and well being and decided after 20+ years of working with his hands in the both the construction feild and as a chef in some fantastic local restaurants.He knew he needed a big change. On his new found path to try to heal his own body he thought that massage was the perfect direction for him. It was so important to him to keep working with his hands, and with these skilled hands Dave is great at tailoring a massage made for you, be it a slow soothing massage to a more focused  deep tissue or sports style massage you wont be disappointed.
